Shipping, Exchanges, & Returns
Shipping
Free shipping $85 and over. Shipping cost is calculated during checkout. We offer standard shipping only at this moment. We will send you an email with tracking number once the item has been shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days within the US and 10-14 business days outside of US.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchases, but things happen. We accept unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of the ship date. Once we receive and review all items, we will process your refund to your original payment.
We do not accept exchanges at this time. You have to purchase the size, style, or color and send us the items you want to refund. Please note that we have limited quantity, so always welcome to purchase two styles if unsure about sizing/style/color.
Items that are worn, washed, stained or damaged are not refundable. All items need to have original tags and packaging to be returned. We do not accept items purchased with gift cards. All items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
*Please note we don't cover return shipping fee within the US or internationally. However, you can use any carrier of your choice. Once we received the items, we will refund you to the original payment method. (We continuously are improving on easier shipping methods for our customer, so stay tuned).
Returns/Exchanges within the US
We are working hard to make returns/exchanges as easy as possible. As for now, please email us at sageathleisurewear@gmail.com for return/exchanges. You'll receive an email from us to ship the items back with the invoice attached to our warehouse.
Defective items
Please email us within 2 days of delivery if you have received a defective item. Once we approved the item is defective, we will send a return label. Item must be shipped out within 7 days. Once passed that period, we will not accept the defective item back.
Returns/Exchanges outside the US
We accept returns 14 days of the date you received your package. Please note we are not liable for the loss of any returned items back to our warehouse. We advise to have tracking saved until items are completely refunded.
Refund process
We will send you a email once your refund is processed. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return and 5-10 business days for the refund to show up on your bank account.
